Privacy, in plain words

Forms. When you request a seat or apply to join, we collect what you type: name, work email, company, role and the optional fields. We use it only to run the club: to reply, confirm seats, review membership and, if you opted in, send The Brief. We never sell or share it.

Visit counts. We count visits with our own lightweight, cookie-free counter. It records the page, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, device type, browser language, and an approximate country and city derived from your connection. We don't store your IP address. A random ID is kept in your browser's local storage so we can count unique visitors; it is not linked to your name or email.

Third parties. The site is hosted on Netlify, fonts load from Google Fonts, and the Wire links out to news publishers' sites.

Your choices. Ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop The Brief, by emailing irrfan@singular.net.
